APPELLATE LAW

Michael Horowitz provides appellate representation in civil and criminal matters. He has appealed numerous criminal convictions and sentences. He has also appealed family and probate court decisions. Michael began honing his research and writing skills at the University of Michigan Law School, where he was awarded the school’s Scholarly Writing Award. He then served a two-year judicial clerkship with the Alaska Court of Appeals where he researched countless numerous cases and drafted many legal memoranda. Michael presently represents clients in the Michigan and Alaskan appellate courts.
